Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by gathering all the ingredients and ensuring the cream cheese is at room temperature if using.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies, melted white chocolate, and peppermint extract. Add cream cheese if desired.
- Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) with the mixture and place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Roll each ball in the crushed mint candies until fully coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, replace the white chocolate with vegan chocolate and omit the cream cheese.
