  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional, for a creamier texture)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering all the ingredients and ensuring the cream cheese is at room temperature if using.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies, melted white chocolate, and peppermint extract. Add cream cheese if desired.
  3. Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) with the mixture and place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roll each ball in the crushed mint candies until fully coated.

Notes
